Longfills And How To Use Them!
Longfills have been a part of the industry for a while, however this might be the first time you have purchased, so here is a handy little guide on what they’re all about.
So what is a Longfill?
A Longfill is a 60ml bottle containing 20ml of liquid, this consists of flavour concentrate and VG to make it (50VG/50PG).
Why should I use a Longfill?
Longfills can be used to make a variety of nicotine strengths and give the consumer more options than the mainstream variations in the industry. You can use our Longfills to make 0, 3, 6, 10, 12 & 14mg nicotine strengths, plus variations on the overall PG/VG ratio once and boosters are mixed together with the longfill. This allows for the consumer to use our flavours in all devices.
How do I use a Longfill + booster kits?
Remove the caps on all 4 of the 10ml boosters/nicotine shots and the Longfill cap, making sure to keep all 5 to one side. We are using a new type of nib for the nicotine shots which will mean less manual removing of nibs and avoid some of the mess. The nib has been designed to fit over the longfill nib, once you have secured it over the longfill and making sure the longfill is facing up and the 10ml booster shot is down (illustrated in the next slide), squeeze and release the longfill bottle and let the vacuum do its work. Repeat this process for the contents of all 4 10mls. This process is a little slower than removing the nibs and pouring or squeezing the 10mls bottles into the longfill but will avoid any mess.

Handling Nicotine
Nicotine is a highly toxic substance and should be handled with extreme caution. Here are some important precautions to take when working with nicotine:
1. Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):
- Wear nitrile gloves to prevent direct contact with the skin.
